Acturis System Trainer

The primary function of the Acturis System Trainer is to ensure all customers, both internal and external, maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the Acturis broking application software and TEn procedures. This to be achieved through:

  • Developing and maintaining a high level of business application product knowledge.
  • Delivering user education using traditional and modern training methods and techniques
  • Maintaining comprehensive records of training events.
  • Developing and maintaining learning and support materials.
  • Providing user support on system functionality and procedure.
  • Effective time management and work prioritisation.
  • A Collaborative approach

Your duties will include:

  • Conduct training needs assessments for all internal and external customers.
  • Design and develop Acturis training programs for all internal and external customers in accordance with the prescribed TEn procedures.
  • Deliver user training courses.
  • Design and develop supporting course materials.
  • Provide telephone support to all customers in respect of system functionality and TEn procedures.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of support tickets using the helpdesk application.
  • Design and develop supporting helpdesk solutions.
  • Analyse user training needs in respect of new software releases and procedural changes.
  • Analyse user training needs in respect of software updates and developments.
  • Maintain comprehensive training records for all customers.
  • Assess instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on employee skills and KPI’s.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week which can be worked any time between 08:00 - 18:00, Mon - Fri.
