No Account Execs

If you are seeking a position as an Account Exec, we must advise you that TEn operates for and on behalf of Appointed Representatives, which are separate corporate entities unto themselves.


Consequently, the Account Exec function does not exist within TEn.


Nevertheless, if you are one of those individuals, then please scan through our Prospective Members site and have a serious think about our proposition.

If, on the other hand, you are an Account Handler looking to make a move, then it is possible that we could have a vacancy.

Equally, our Accounts Department is on the look-out for people from time to time. If not now, then it is never very long before we are looking in one area of the business or another.

Our criteria for selection always include; experience, personality and, in a broking context, CII qualifications are preferred. Sensible salary expectations are a plus point too.

TEn offers a great career opportunity and we hope that most people who join us will remain for many years. And, for the most part, the overwhelming majority do just that.

Employee Owners

In 2013, TEn took its first steps towards employee ownership by establishing TENT, an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT).

By November 2014, the company became majority (almost 70%) owned by our Trust - TENT and, thus, the first network and, one of only a handful of insurance entities, to be more or less guaranteed an independent future.


Actually, we may even be unique in this respect.


Based purely upon commitment, talent and merit, every employee will have the opportunity to build a successful career and an equal chance to rise to managerial and/or board level.

The site map will be an aid to navigation around our various websites. Of course, these sites have just undergone a major structural update and things are still changing.

So, it’s a bit like when a supermarket periodically shifts things around, either, just for the hell of it, or, because they have decided to squeeze in a click & collect point, where the bread used to be.

As stuff relocates, consequently, leaving the signs above the ends of the aisles as they were before, could become confusing.

Our current situation here is very similar.

Mind you, whether before or after the reorganisation, you can never find the Tahini paste. You always have to ask.
